Sjartec is a family-owned company with a deep history and strong roots. Toine, a key figure in the company, has a special bond with Sjartec, having been part of it since he was two years old whilst opening the current location. This personal connection brings a sense of tradition and dedication to the business.
Toine's passion for perfection shows in his detailed approach to design. He enjoys control in every aspect, ensuring each project meets his high standards. His method is like running a Formula 1 team, but in bathroom design—focused on precision, excellence, and innovation.
At Sjartec, we search the world for the best materials and brands. Our quest for quality takes us to design capitals like Milan and Rome, where we find inspiration to incorporate into our work. Senior Project Manager
Tom has been an integral member of the Sjartec team for nearly three decades!
With his keen technical insight and expertise, he plays a crucial role in bringing projects to life during the realization phase.
Throughout the week, Tom relishes the diversity of projects, onsite visits, and engaging in construction meetings. As the primary liaison for developers onsite, he stays at the forefront of ongoing projects.

Interior Designer
Githa channels her creative vision and passion for unique materials into stunning designs. With a background in interior architecture and owning her own high-end design studio, she unleashes her creativity at Sjartec. Beyond creativity, Githa thrives on tackling the technical aspects of design and delights in full-service projects that include multiple bathrooms and wellness spaces.
Italy holds a special place in Githa's heart, with a lakeside home on Lake Como and regular visits to Italian cities. Designing the Design Apartment in Amsterdam was a particularly joyful experience for her.
Among Agape's offerings, Githa's favorite is the Lariana washbasin by Patricia Urquiola, captivated by its contrasting shapes and the array of material possibilities it offers.
Interior Designer
Madelon's passion for natural stone began early, shaping her path through interior design studies and further studies in Spatial Design at the University of the Arts. For her, this journey beautifully bridged the worlds of interiors and spatial aesthetics. Joining Sjartec's diverse design team, she brings a wealth of creative insight.
Madelon thrives on crafting imaginative designs that surprise and delight her clients. No design request is too bold or unconventional for her. She values meaningful conversations with clients, ensuring her creations perfectly align with their desires and preferences.
Among Agape's offerings, Madelon is particularly drawn to the Vis a Vis accessory. It stands out as a unique stool that doubles as a shower companion—an elegant and playful addition that exudes sophistication.
Interior Designer
During her interior design studies in Amsterdam, Anna embarked on two enriching internships at Sjartec. Upon graduation, Sjartec recognized her exceptional talent and welcomed her into their dynamic design team. With her skillful renders, Anna breathes life into the luxurious bathrooms and serene wellness areas for our clients.
Anna thrives on devising creative solutions and bringing them to life through vivid visualizations and precise technical drawings. Beyond her design passion, she nurtures a deep love for travel, exploring new countries and immersing herself in diverse cultures.
One of Anna's proudest achievements is the Private Residence in Amsterdam, where she harmoniously blended materials to create a tranquil oasis amidst the bustling city center. Her admiration for Agape shines through in her affection for the new Cenote washbasin, admired for its striking blend of rough clay and gentle glaze—a true standout piece in any setting.
